A little glimpse of Kate 🌿

Gymnastics has been part of my life for eight years, and I still love that quiet moment when a difficult movement suddenly feels effortless. It gave me a flexible body, but more importantly, it taught me patience, discipline and the pleasure of noticing small progress.

I can be quiet when I first meet someone. I like to observe, listen and understand their energy. But if you make me curious, my playful side appears quickly — and my eyes usually reveal it before I say anything.

Always in motion

Gymnastics — grace, flexibility and the satisfaction of mastering one more difficult movement.

Tennis and the gym — energy, motion and that wonderful feeling after a good workout.

When I slow down

Long walks — no destination required, just fresh air, changing light and time to notice the world.

Little escapes — an open road, the countryside and a beautiful view can reset my whole world.

I collect moments, not perfect days

Good music, an unexpected laugh, warm light at the end of the day, or a conversation that makes time disappear — those simple moments usually become my favorite memories. I try to enjoy life without rushing through it.
