I'm a movement-driven, ocean-obsessed soul with a deep love for freediving, open water swimming, and the particular quality of mind that comes from being underwater. I love the silence below the surface, breath-hold discipline, and conversations that go deep without rushing — the way good diving does. I'm the type who tracks swell forecasts the way others track weather, who understands that the ocean has moods, who believes that learning to be comfortable with depth changes how you move through everything above the surface too.

I'm disciplined and quietly expansive. Some mornings I'm at the coast before dawn, reading the water before entering it. Other times I'm in a pool practicing breath-hold techniques, or studying marine navigation, or simply watching the sea from somewhere high enough to see its patterns. I love blue aesthetics, neoprene and salt, the specific exhaustion after a long swim. I believe the body is capable of far more than it's usually asked to do, fear is mostly about unfamiliarity, and the most beautiful places on earth require effort to reach.
